Soft and finely layered ~ the flowers appear in delicate patterns made of many small white blossoms atop tall green stalks. It has appeared in stories like the siege of Troy, where it derived the family name Achillea, for the famous warrior Achilles.
The tea made from Yarrow carries a strong, earthy tone with a distinctly bitter edge. The infusion is pale, distinctive, and aromatic ~ with a dry mouthfeel and astringent character.

- Quick Brew Directions: Pour freshly boiled water over tea bags in your chosen mug, cover, and let steep 3 to 5 minutes to taste.
- Full Strength (infusion) Directions: Yarrow makes the best tea when exposed to high temperatures for only a short period of time. Be sure that your water is at a rolling boil when you pour it over your tea bags. Use one tea bag per cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
