Recommended Dose: (Adults): Take 2 capsules once a day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking medications, natural health products or antibiotics. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking blood pressure, have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain.
