Sunshine in a Bottle Formula

Recommended Use: Helps fight Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Recommended Dose: Adults, take 1 caplet daily with a meal. Avoid taking before bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions & Warnings: Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a healthcare or hormone practitioner prior to use if you are taking antianxiety or seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, antidepressant medication, broncement therapy. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use y to use if you are taking carbidopa or thugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan Badenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Do not use this product if you are taking anti-cancer, antidepressant leg. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)], cardiovascular, contraceptive medications, blood thinners, anti-HIV agents and/or medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), or if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, or if you have scleroderma, or if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs, or if you experience imitability or Insomnia. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, restlessness and/or headaches. Some people may experience drowsiness exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness, Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 18 weeks. If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use. Protect from heat, light and moisture.
