Lemon Ginger
Rooibos (pronounced ‘roy-boss’) means red bush in Afrikaans. Grown in the mountainous Cederberg region in the western cape of South Africa, this tea is caffeine free, high in antioxidants and has a sweet, earthy flavour. Blended with spicy cut ginger and lemon, Lemon Ginger Rooibos is perfect for relaxing in the evening or iced on a hot summer day.
Premium Jasmine
Low in caffeine yet bursting with flavour, this premium grade green tea from Fujian Province has been scented with jasmine blossoms. The high mountains and meandering rivers of Fujian make this micro-climate the perfect growing region for both jasmine blossoms and tea. Traditionally served as a welcome gesture to guests, this tea can be enjoyed both hot and iced.
Organic Elderberry
Grown in the Nile Delta in Northern Egypt, hibiscus flowers have been consumed as a tea for millennia. Hibiscus steeps a deep red hue and has a sweet refreshing taste. Elderberries are said to fortify the immune system and are often taken as a supplement. Our Organic Elderberry Hibiscus tea is delicious hot or shaken over ice with a slice of lemon.
Organic Sencha
Sencha is high in polyphenols and is the most popular tea in Japan. This pure green tea is grown near the seaside town of Kagoshima on the beautiful volcanic island of Kyushu, Japan. The soil in the region is rich and the climate is subtropical - the ideal growing conditions for green tea. The steaming process imparts a clean, refreshing and grassy flavour profile making Organic Sencha the perfect everyday green tea.
Organic Masala Chai
Tea in India has historically been consumed as an Ayurvedic herbal medicine. It is often mixed with local spices making a spiced tea or ‘masala chai.’ Every region has its own unique recipe starting with a malty black tea base, warming spices and a delicate sweet finish. Our Organic Masala Chai consists of whole aromatic spices and direct trade organic Assam tea. Try it as a chai latte with steamed milk!
Recommended Use: Brewing a delightful cup is both an art and a science! Here's a simple guide for steeped perfection:
Start with fresh, cold water and bring it to a boil.
Pour the hot water over the tea bag in your cup.
Let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust steeping time based on your taste preference – longer for a bolder taste, and shorter for a milder flavour.
Remove the tea bag, give it a gentle squeeze to extract the full flavour, and enjoy!
