Recommended Use: Reduces appetite by promoting a feeling of fullness. Helps lower the glycemic index. Promotes healthy blood sugar levels. Helps reduce elevated total and LDL cholesterol levels.
Notice: A small percentage of people may initially experience minor digestive changes when taking PGX®. Slowly work up to the full dose to give your body time to adjust. It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (250–500 mL) after taking PGX®.
Recommended Dose: Recommended adult dose: For best results, take PGX® Daily softgels with 250–500 mL of water, before or with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
- Week 1: 1–2 softgels 3 times daily.
- Week 2: 2–4 softgels 3 times daily.
- Week 3 and beyond: 3–6 softgels 3 times daily.

If you are taking medication, take it one hour prior to, or two hours after taking PGX®.
