Opti-Liv Extra was formulated for those looking for more comprehensive liver support in a single formula.
Rather than relying on one ingredient alone, it combines 250 mg of Milk Thistle standardized to 80% silymarin, with NAC, Schisandra, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Selenium—five carefully selected ingredients brought together in one convenient vegan capsule.

Milk Thistle
A Full 250 mg per capsule dose, standardized to 80% silymarin. Milk Thistle is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a hepatoprotectant/liver protectant.
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC)
200 mg per capsule. NAC protects the liver by supporting the body's natural production of glutathione, a critical antioxidant involved in liver protection.
Schisandra
150 mg per capsule of Schisandra chinensis, adding a traditional botanical to this comprehensive liver formula.
Alpha Lipoic Acid
100 mg per capsule. Alpha Lipoic Acid protects the liver by supporting natural glutathione production.
Selenium
Provides 50 mcg per capsule as L-selenomethionine, protects the liver by activating glutathione enzymes.

Recommended Use: Milk thistle is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a hepatoprotectant/liver protectant.
Recommended Dose: Take 1 capsule one to three times per day. Take with meals. Recommended duration of use: Use for a minimum of three weeks to see beneficial effects.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant breastfeeding, or have diabetes, kidney stones or have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. If hypersensitivity, such as allergy, occurs, discontinue use. If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar. Contra-Indications: If you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin, do not take this product.
