Molkosan BERRY is made from organic Swiss milk. Fats and milk proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultra filtration. The resulting whey is then lactofermented with an exclusive strain of lactic acid bacteria and pasteurized.

Molkosan BERRY is prepared by a natural fermentation process.
