Omega-3 fatty acids, including DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), are essential fatty acids, meaning they are necessary for good health but are not produced naturally in the body and can only be obtained through diet or supplementation.

This formula contains Antarctic krill from SUPERBA Boost™, eco-harvested to remove unwanted salts and increase concentration. By uniquely binding the omega-3 acids to phospholipids (integral components of cell membranes), they form a shell around the acids which improves absorption by red blood cells.
Recommended Use: Source of omega-3 fatty acids for the maintenance of good health. Helps to maintain cardiovascular health. Helps to reduce C-reactive protein levels, a clinical marker of inflammation. Helps to reduce the levels of LDL cholesterol in conjunction with conventional statin therapy. Helps to reduce pain associated with osteoarthritis. Improves and supports skin hydration and elasticity. Helps to relieve symptoms of dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome.
Recommended Dose: Adults (19 years and older) - Take 2 softgels, 2 times per day.
