Recommended Use: RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Source of the essential amino acid lysine to help in collagen formation. Source of essential amino acids involved in muscle pratein synthesis. Helps to reduce joint pain associated with osteoarthritis.
Recommended Dose: Add 1 serving (11 g or approx. 2 scoops) to 500 ml of cold water or milk of choice and stir well, or blend into a smoothie. Take 1 serving per day. Mix product in enough liquid (water, juice, etc.) to ensure that the powder is drinkable immediately before consumption. Take at least 2 - 3 hours before or after antibiotics. DURATION OF USE: Joint Pain: Use for at least 5 months to see beneficial effects.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners, birth control medication or undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT); or if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus or if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long tem corticosteroid treatment).
