Chaga is a mushroom that typically grows on birch trees in regions with a fairly cold climate.
Recommended Use: Traditionally used for centuries, Chaga is a Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties.
Recommended Dose: Place 1 ounce of Chaga in 2.5 liters (10 cups) of hot water (180°F or 82°C). Let steep for 90 minutes. Remove the Chaga from the water and store the water in the refrigerator. Drink 1 cup per day.
Cautions & Warnings: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Discontinue use if allergy or hypersensitivity develops. Do not use if the seal is broken. Store in a dry place in an airtight container.
