Nature's Way® Calcium & Magnesium is formulated in a 2:1 Calcium / Magnesium ratio in a great tasting blueberry formula. This liquid form is a convenient alternative to tablets or capsules.
Recommended Use:Adequate calcium and vitamin D3 throughout life as part of a healthy diet may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis.
Recommended Dose:Shake vigorously before each use. Contains ingredients that may settle. Adults take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Cautions & Warnings:Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder. Some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort/disturbances. Do not use if the inner seal is not intact. Keep out of the reach of children. May be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for added freshness.
