Indications: cough, bronchitis, sinusitis, cold, dry throat, sore throat, expectorant, relieves symptoms of bronchitis and catarrhs (acute or chronic inflammation of the mucous membrane).
Recommended Use: Relieves irritations and inflammations of the upper respiratory tract such as bronchitis, coughs, and dry or sore throats. Relieves symptoms associated with bronchitis and the common cold Thyme, Ivy, Iceland Moss and Sundew are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve the symptoms of bronchitis and catarrhs of the upper respiratory tract and helps relieve coughs Thyme is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia and colic (carminative).
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 3 to 6 tsp daily.
Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care professional if symptoms persist or worsen. Discontinue use if you experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and/or abdominal and epigastric pain. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you suffer from an automimmune disease and/or are taking immunosuppressants or other medications or have a gastric or duodenal ulcer or if you are trying to conceive. Discontinue use immediately if blistering of the mouth occurs. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
