Recommended Use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to relieve the symptoms associated with bronchitis such as catarrhs, coughs and irritations of the mucous membrane.
Recommended Dose: ADULTS: To prepare a cup of tea, infuse 1 tea bag (1.9 g) in 150-250 mL of boiling water. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup of tea 2-3 times daily.
Cautions & Warnings: Do not use if you: 1) are pregnant or breastfeeding 2) have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney/cardiovascular/liver disorder 3) are allergic to anethole or plants of the Asteraceae/Apiaceae/Carrot/Compositae family 4) are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
