The 'Balance' elixir formulation has ten vital ingredients in a precise ratio which will maximize the synergy between them. Recommended Use: Zingiber officinale is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an expectorant and cough suppressant antitussive to help relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds. Curcuma Longa is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an anti-inflammatory to relieve joint pain, to relieve flatulent dyspepsia (carminative), and aid in digestion. Curcuma Longa is traditionally used in Ayurveda to relieve pain and inflammation.
Recommended Dose:Taken orally, one dose = one level scoop (included) (1.57g). One level scoop of Balance, one teaspoon of raw honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one cup of hot water poured into cup, stir ingredients and infuse for 15 minutes. Adults (19 years or older) take 3 servings per day after meals or 30mins before meals. Recommended Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner/physician for use beyond 2 weeks.
