Winter Switchel
Woo your dinner guests with an elegant festive drink!
With some of winter’s finest wellness ingredients, including ginger, raw honey, apple cider vinegar, and a touch of elderberry, our kid-approved Winter Switchel tends to your sweet tooth and warms the spirit on cold winter nights.

Makes 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 thumb of ginger (approx 3 tbsp), peeled + chopped
- 2 tbsp (or less) raw honey
- 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
- 5 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Earth's Aromatique Hibiscus Harvest loose leaf tea
- 3 1/2 cups water

Instructions
- Peel and chop ginger and place in a glass jar.
- Add honey, molasses, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to dissolve honey.
- Add loose-leaf Hibiscus Harvest Tea.
- Let the mixture sit for 4 hours.
- Add water and put the lid on the jar.
- Shake the jar to combine thoroughly then place in the fridge and let sit for 8-12 hours, and strain.
- Pour and enjoy.
Notes: This recipe can be adjusted easily for sweetness preferences. Add some fresh lemon juice for a citrusy kick!
